1. Appointments and Consultations

Clients may request to cancel or reschedule appointments by notifying us in advance. Where possible, we encourage early notice to allow rescheduling or service adjustments.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Home Care and Caregiver Services

Once home care or caregiver services have commenced, fees for services already delivered are non-refundable.

For ongoing services, cancellations must be communicated in advance. Any applicable charges or adjustments will be communicated by our team.

3. Caregiver Staffing and Onboarding Fees

Assessment, consultation, and onboarding fees—where applicable—are generally non-refundable once the process has started, as these cover administrative and staffing arrangements.

4. Emergency or Special Circumstances

Refund considerations in emergency or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of QuickWellness Clinic.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
